Membership Terms
- Membership Per Vehicle: Membership is assigned per vehicle for an unlimited duration.
- Personal Use Only: Membership is exclusively for personal use and is prohibited for professional vehicles such as taxis, limousines, or rideshare vehicles.
- Vehicle Size Restrictions: Membership is not valid for vehicles that cannot fit on the conveyor or pass through the wash tunnel.
- State-Specific Validity: Membership is valid only in the state where it was purchased.
- Unlimited Plan Access: Membership is valid at any participating The Wash at Galloway locations, with a limit of up to 2 washes per day or 31 washes per month.
- Operational Closures and Service Interruptions: The Wash at Galloway reserves the right to temporarily close or suspend services due to inclement weather, necessary repairs, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. During such closures, no refunds, credits, or prorating of membership fees will be issued. These closures ensure safety and maintain service quality, and membership terms remain unaffected.
- No Refunds for Partial Months: Membership fees are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued for partial months.
- Month-to-Month Basis: Memberships are on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitments, contracts, or hidden cancellation fees.
- Non-combinable with Other Offers: Membership cannot be used with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
- Automatic Billing: Membership fees are automatically billed to the member's credit card on the day corresponding to the plan's start date.
- Automatic Renewal: Memberships renew automatically each month unless written cancellation notice is provided at least 7 days before the next billing date. Cancellation is only allowed after completing the first full month.
- Communication Consent: By enrolling in The Wash at Galloway’s Unlimited Plans, members consent to receive up to 6 SMS messages and emails per month. Messages include updates, alerts, and promotions.
- Opt-Out Options: Members can opt out of SMS alerts at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. To opt out of emails, click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email.

- Privacy Policy: Member information is not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Data may only be shared with subcontractors for support services (e.g., customer service). For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy
